SCOPE
The BESTECH team formulated a comprehensive maintenance strategy incorporating a preventative maintenance framework. To ensure sustainability, the strategy focused on concept valuation, system integration involving SIMS and SAP, and feasibility studies.
Additional efforts included commissioning, troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis, and coordinating shutdown scoping, planning, and scheduling. The team established key performance indicators to quantify improvements and supported the management and integration of solutions across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
